HomeSalesConsultants.com is led by founder, Steve Kubicek, former Vice President of Marketing for a U.S. fortune 500 company. After 25 years of distinguished service (including six years as VP Marketing), Mr. Kubicek retired having also represented the company for five years as Vice President of Sales and as Chief Negotiator for major commercial agreements. Under his leadership the marketing staff successfully implemented sales and marketing strategies representing billions of dollars in annual sales revenue.
Separately Mr. Kubicek has served clients as a business consultant, a commercial referee, an international commercial arbitrator, and as an expert witness testifying in the court of London through his business consulting firm, Summit Partners, LLC. He established this company subsequent to his retirement from corporate management. Due to Mr. Kubicek’s international reputation as being a thorough and effective negotiator, companies based in Japan, India, Chile, Switzerland and the United States have utilized Summit Partners' services.
One of Steve Kubicek’s greatest strengths is his ability to develop and lead sales teams. Under his leadership, he has successfully managed several regional, national, and international sales organizations. The passion to assist others by encouraging them to grow and prosper in both their work and personal lives, drives him. This passion also recently manifested itself through the authorship of a new book (pending publication) dealing with the subject of encouragement. It is perhaps this passion to encourage and help clients succeed that motivated Mr. Kubicek to form HomeSalesConsultants.com. His stated goal is to help buyers and sellers, “make it happen,” “because your move matters.”

Jana Jacobs joined the team at HomeSalesConsultants.com transferring from Oklahoma where she was a member of the Keller Williams Realty Office in Norman. As a practicing Realtor in Oklahoma, Jana specialized in commercial land transactions. Upon joining HomeSalesConsultants.com Jana assumed the role of office manager for the Green Hills office location. She plans to also serve clients as their Realtor once her real estate license is duly established in Tennessee.
Jana is a graduate from Duke University. Her negotiation skills were honed while successfully representing Duke’s Mock Trial Organization competing among teams from other major Colleges and Universities. Jana’s collegiate experience also prepared her for sales and marketing as she completed several Market and Management Certificate courses. Jana now resides in Nashville with her husband Zac and their two dogs, Hank and Boo.
